From the get go I provided a Market analysis that showed the property's likely sales price was in the $299-320 range. He insisted on listing it much higher. Each and every month I asked him to lower the price based on the simple facts that the property had been well advertised with a good number of showings and had not had an offer. The bottom line is I did everything he asked me to do and more. He did not do the one simple thing needed for a quicker sale which was to lower the price. I keep regular office hours and have never had anyone say I was hard to get ahold of. Looking through my emails and texts -I see over 60 saved- all of which were cordial. Clearly I would not have been in business as long nor had such consistent 5 star reviews if this review was accurate. The only mistake I made was accepting the listing. I had truly thought that the seller would realize the truth of what I had told him. Instead he just got mad.
